In the electric car market, there is increasing competition, and traditional brands are seeking to dethrone the number one manufacturer, Tesla.
Electric cars are already a reality, and nowadays there are brands that are betting on manufacturing electric models and competing in this market.
Tesla began manufacturing electric vehicles in California, USA, and today it has crossed borders, also manufacturing and selling in China. China is one of the countries that acquires the most electric vehicles worldwide.
By already having a presence in the Asian continent, Tesla seeks to expand to Europe and establish its factory in Berlin, Germany, thus increasing its number of sales. By opening up markets in other countries, the electric car manufacturer would strengthen its position to face the strong competition that will come in the following months.
What we are experiencing today is a revolution in the automotive industry, which has already begun and will not end soon. Due to the new discoveries made daily to increase battery autonomy or how to have more, it is difficult for this revolution to end soon.
That is why we now see many famous combustion car brands migrating to more environmentally friendly materials, with some already having short-term electromobility projects.
The best-selling electric cars worldwide are: Tesla BYD (China) GM-Wuling
These companies, in addition to manufacturing electric cars, are responsible for producing parts for other companies in the same sector.
On the other hand, Volkswagen plans to flood global markets with its new products, strengthening its position and continuing to be one of the favorite brands on all five continents. Volkswagen already has seven fully electric models, although they do not yet have an estimated arrival date in Mexico.
Furthermore, Ford already has the Mustang Mach E, and it is expected to continue manufacturing electric cars with new designs and prices.
Currently, the situation in Mexico is a bit more complex, and there are already different brands with this technology, such as Volvo, Honda, Audi, Mercedes, BMW, and Nissan.
Undoubtedly, electric cars will be the most utilized option for transportation in a few years.
